Job summary

Age UK in Sidcup is recruiting a part-time Shop Supervisor (21 hours per week) to join our friendly retail team. You will support sales, stock control, displays, and the smooth daily operation of the shop, deputising for the Shop Manager as required.

The role requires customer-facing experience, cash handling ability, and the flexibility to work across a 7-day rota including weekends. We emphasise a professional, welcoming store environment and our core Age UK values.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience handling cash.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

• Ability to move items up to 10kg with reasonable adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent retail service and great shopping experience.
• Contribute to maximising shop sales and profits.
• Assist in day-to-day shop running and cover for Store/Assistant Manager as needed.
• Assist with stock rotation, displays, tidying and general shop duties.
