Age UK Hartlepool is recruiting a Shop Supervisor to deliver excellent retail service and ensure a great shopping experience for customers. You will help maximise shop sales, deputise for managers, and support with stock rotation, displays and daily shop tasks.

The role involves 21 hours per week across a 7-day rota, including weekends. Age UK offers competitive benefits and opportunities to make a difference for older people in the community.

Formación

• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Cash handling experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work alone when needed.
• Ability to move items up to 10 kg with assistance if required.

• Maximise shop sales and contribute to daily shop operations.
• deputise for Shop Manager and Assistant Manager in their absence.
• Assist with sales, stock rotation, displays, tidying and shop organisation.
