Job summary

Age UK - Clitheroe shop is seeking a Shop Supervisor to help deliver an excellent retail service and a positive customer experience. You will support sales, stock rotation, displays and daily shop duties while representing the charity with professionalism.

The role involves 14 hours per week across a 7-day rota, including weekends. The successful candidate will deputise for the Shop Manager and contribute to a welcoming, well-organised store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer facing role.
• Experience with cash handling.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to lone work when needed.
• Ability to fulfil stock handling up to 10kg with adjustments.
