You will process service job cards, assist with engineer scheduling, update records in SAP, Excel, Word and Outlook, answer calls and emails, and help with invoicing and service paperwork. Part-time hours are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Qualifications

• Administration experience in plant, construction, heavy machinery, HGV, automotive or agricultural industries would be ideal but not essential.
• Experience in a busy, fast-paced office environment.
• Organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident using Microsoft Office applications.
• Positive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks.
