Qualifications

• SENDCO role requiring passion for inclusion and commitment to SEND pupils' achievement.
• Experience working with parents, carers and external agencies to support the child.
• Commitment to safeguarding and adhering to school policies.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with staff to support pupils with SEND academically, socially and emotionally.
• Develop partnership with parents/carers and external agencies for a team around the child approach.
• Assist with transitions of SEND pupils to secondary education where appropriate.
