The role, based at Palmers Cross, focuses on collaboration with staff, close partnership with families, and effective engagement with external agencies to ensure a team around the child approach. The position is 3 days per week with DBS checks and safeguarding at the core.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating SEND provision within a primary setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop SEND provision across Palmers Cross Primary School.
• Collaborate with staff to support pupils with SEND to achieve their potential.
• Foster strong partnerships with parents and carers and external agencies.
• Support smooth transitions of SEND pupils to secondary education where appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and duty of care.
