Job summary

24x7 Group is seeking a part-time driver to provide safe school transport on routes locally. You will operate with a car category licence, pass an Enhanced DBS, and join a supportive team delivering reliable services for students and adults with special transport needs.

Role offers term-time work with paid holidays, training provided, vehicle access, and a pension scheme. Flexible shifts include morning and afternoon blocks, with route-dependent pay.

Qualifications

• A valid UK driving licence (car category)
• Confidence in driving a variety of vehicles (including people carriers and wheelchair-accessible vehicles)
• Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS Check
• Completion of Group 2 medical assessment to meet licensing standards
• Right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Ensure passengers travel safely to and from schools or other locations
• Build professional, friendly relationships with passengers, parents, carers, and school staff
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
• Be available for both morning and afternoon shifts on school days
