Job summary

24x7 Group is seeking a Driver – Home to School Transport Driver on a part-time basis in your local area. You will provide safe and reliable transport for children and adults with special needs or vulnerabilities.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring passengers travel safely to and from schools or other locations. This role requires a valid UK driving license, the ability to drive various vehicles (training provided), and the completion of an Enhanced DBS check and Group 2 medical assessment.

Qualifications

• Part-time role with 12.5–20 hours weekly.
• Valid UK driving license (car category) required.
• Ability to pass Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Providing safe and reliable transport for children and adults with special needs or vulnerabilities.
• Ensuring passengers travel safely to and from schools or other locations.

Your Role

As a valued member of our team, you’ll provide safe and reliable transport for children and adults with special needs or vulnerabilities. You’ll be responsible for:

• Ensuring passengers travel safely to and from schools or other locations
• Building professional, friendly relationships with passengers, parents, carers, and school staff
• Following safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
• Available for both morning and afternoon shifts on school days

What You Need

• Avalid UK driving licence(car category)
• Confidence in driving a variety of vehicles, including people carriers and wheelchair-accessible vehicles (training provided)
• Ability to pass anEnhanced DBS Check(criminal record check)
• Completion of aGroup 2 medical assessmentto meet licensing standards
• Right to work in the UK
