Job summary

24x7 Group is seeking reliable part-time drivers to provide safe transport for children and adults with special needs or vulnerabilities. You will drive routes to and from schools and other locations, ensuring passenger safety and comfort while following all company procedures.

Training is provided, and DBS checks are required for regulated activity. Roles offer part-time hours (12.5 to 25 per week) with route-dependent pay.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence (car category).
• Ability to pass Enhanced DBS check.
• Group 2 medical assessment completed or available.

Responsibilities

• Ensure passengers travel safely to and from schools or locations.
• Build professional relationships with passengers, parents, carers and staff.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
• Be available for morning and afternoon school-day shifts.

As a valued member of our team, you’ll provide safe and reliable transport for children and adults with special needs or vulnerabilities. You’ll be responsible for:

• Ensuring passengers travel safely to and from schools or other locations
• Building professional, friendly relationships with passengers, parents, carers, and school staff
• Following safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
• Available for both morning and afternoon shifts on school days

What You Need

• A valid UK driving licence (car category)
• Confidence in driving a variety of vehicles, including people carriers and wheelchair-accessible vehicles (training provided)
• Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS Check (criminal record check)
• Completion of a Group 2 medical assessment to meet licensing standards
• Right to work in the UK
