Job summary

24x7 Group in Aspatria is recruiting for a Part-time Driver – Home to School Transport Driver. You'll provide safe, reliable transport for children and adults with special needs or vulnerabilities, with routes to and from schools.

Term-time work with school holidays off and a monthly salary of £540.00–£860.00, 12.5–20 hours per week. Vehicle provided and fuel card supplied, plus paid annual leave and a pension scheme. Training is provided, no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UK driving licence (car category).
• Able to pass Enhanced DBS Check.
• Completion of a Group 2 medical assessment.

Responsibilities

• Drive passengers safely to and from schools or other locations.
• Build professional relationships with passengers, parents, carers, and school staff.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
• Be available for morning and afternoon shifts on school days.

• Ensuring passengers travel safely to and from schools or other locations

• Following safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
• Available for both morning and afternoon shifts on school days

What You Need

• Avalid UK driving licence(car category)
• Confidence in driving a variety of vehicles, including people carriers and wheelchair-accessible vehicles (training provided)
• Ability to pass anEnhanced DBS Check(criminal record check)
• Completion of aGroup 2 medical assessmentto meet licensing standards
• Right to work in the UK
