Job summary

Education Authority invites applications for a part-time Cleaning Supervisor based at St Mary’s College, Irvinestown/Enniskillen. The post covers supervision of cleaning staff, adherence to EA standards, and coordination with the line manager to maintain high hygiene and safety levels.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years' cleaning experience, be able to work independently, communicate effectively, and manage workloads within the 15 hours per week schedule.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience of cleaning outside the home environment.
• Ability to use own initiative and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and control the work of cleaning staff to meet EA standards.
• Carry out induction and refresher training for staff.
• Liaise with the building manager on daily issues related to cleaning.
• Investigate complaints and take corrective action.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are maintained within budget and in good condition.
