Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience of cleaning outside the home environment.
• Knowledge of Cleaning Supervisor duties and Health and Safety at Work NI Order 1978.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods/machinery.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and control the work of cleaning staff to meet EA standards; supervisor also cleans.
• Induct and refresh staff training.
• Liaise with building manager on day-to-day issues.
• Investigate complaints and advise line manager.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are budgeted and maintained.
