Qualifications

• Demonstrable two years’ experience of cleaning outside the home environment.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety at Work NI Order 1978.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and control the work of cleaning staff to meet EA standards.
• Undertake induction and refresher training for staff.
• Liaise with building manager on day-to-day issues.
• Investigate complaints and take corrective action.
• Manage supplies, stock, and equipment within budget.
• Record staff attendance, holidays and absences.
• Ensure cleaning standards meet EA requirements.
