Job summary

Chartwells, part of Compass Group UK&I, is recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor on a part-time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week across 43.6 weeks per year, to oversee all catering and service operations. You will lead culinary and catering teams, ensure food and customer service meet high standards, and liaise with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.

Qualifications

• Passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional service.
• Minimum of two years catering experience.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ambitious and motivated to upskill.

Responsibilities

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable service.
• Communicating with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Representing Chartwells and maintaining a positive brand image.
