Job summary

Chartwells, part of Compass Group UK&I, is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee catering and service operations for education clients on a part-time basis (21.25 hours per week) contracted to 43.8 weeks per year. You will ensure kitchens and service counters run smoothly while delivering exceptional food experiences and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to deliver impeccable food and customer service.
• Communicate with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
• Liaise between customers and culinary/service teams to exceed expectations.
• Support and train teams, leading from the front to ensure excellence.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards across catering and service teams.
