Job summary

Chartwells, part of Compass Group UK&I, is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor for a part-time role contracted to 22.5 hours per week. You will oversee all catering and service operations, ensuring kitchens and counters run smoothly and delivering exceptional food experiences.

The role involves leading teams, monitoring KPIs, and upholding Health & Safety standards. The successful candidate will have at least two years' catering experience, a Basic Food Hygiene certificate, and strong

Responsibilities

Preparing delicious food to the highest standards
Supervising culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable service
Communicating with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
Representing Chartwells within Compass Group UK&I
Liaising between customers and teams to exceed expectations
Supporting and training teams, leading from the front
Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards across catering and service teams
