Compass Group UK&I, specifically Chartwells, is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee catering and service operations on a part-time basis (30 hours/week). The role includes preparing high-quality food, supervising teams, and maintaining health and safety standards across kitchens and counters.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in catering, a Basic Food Hygiene certificate, and strong communication skills to drive KPI performance and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Minimum of two years catering experience.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable food and customer service.
• Communicate regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
• Liaise between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations.
• Support and train our teams, leading from the front to enable excellence.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all teams.
