Job summary

Compass Group UK&I, trading as Chartwells, is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee catering and service operations on a part-time basis (30 hours per week). This role focuses on delivering exceptional food and world-class customer service across our education-site establishments.

You'll supervise culinary and catering teams, drive KPI performance, ensure Health & Safety compliance, and represent the Compass brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years catering experience.
• Experience supervising culinary/catering teams.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable food and customer service.
• Communicate regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
• Liaise between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations.
• Support and train our teams, leading from the front to enable excellence.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards across all catering and service teams.
