Confidential in Brentford is seeking a Permanent Part-Time Sales & Customer Service Advisor to join their team at the Brentford offices. The role is 20 hours per week, with a salary up to £13.22 per hour plus uncapped commission.

You will handle inbound and outbound sales calls, respond to customer enquiries by phone and email, build strong customer relationships, tailor quotations, and identify upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience within a call/contact centre environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong customer service and organisational abilities.
• Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound and outbound sales calls.
• Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understanding customer needs and providing tailored quotations.
• Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and services.
• Processing deposits and arranging follow-up contact.
• Maintaining accurate customer information on the CRM system.
• Delivering excellent customer service and escalating complaints when required.
