Confidential in Brentwood is seeking a friendly, organised Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. The role is office-based, 40 hours per week, paying £15 per hour with an immediate start.

You will answer incoming calls, arrange appointments, liaise with engineers and internal teams, update customers on progress and maintain accurate records. Applicants should have customer service or administration experience and strong communication and IT skills.

• Previous customer service or administration experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional and friendly telephone manner.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer enquiries.
• Booking and arranging customer appointments.
• Liaising with engineers and internal teams.
• Updating customers on job progress and appointment times.
• Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally.
• Taking accurate messages and ensuring information is passed to the relevant team.
• Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate customer records.
• Providing general administrative support where required.
