Pertemps Bond is hiring two Part-Time Call Centre Sales Advisors for our Brentford store in West London. The role is fully office-based with 20 hours weekly, including weekends and one extra weekday.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and help customers find suitable products and services, with uncapped commission alongside £13.22/hour. Ideal candidates are confident communicators with sales drive, able to build relationships, upsell where appropriate, and keep CRM

Qualifications

• Experience in a call centre, contact centre, telesales, or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident handling telephone and email enquiries.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and develop customer relationships.
• Motivated by meeting targets and delivering results.
• Fully available for weekend hours and one additional weekday.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound and outbound sales calls in a professional and customer-focused manner.
• Respond to customer queries by telephone and email.
• Provide a high level of customer service to customers.
• Upsell relevant ancillary products and services.
• Prepare tailored quotations based on individual requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in the central CRM system.
• Work towards sales and performance targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the store and Call Centre Team.
• Comply with Health and Safety requirements and company policies.
