Job summary

White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor on a 20-hour contract with weekend availability, to drive excellent customer experiences across our stores. You will support the Shop Manager in delivering commercial, visual and operational standards and in developing and training your team.

You will lead by example in delivering great service, manage stock and promotions, and ensure the shop meets KPI targets while maintaining high visual and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service aligned with ACE pillars.
• Coach the team and promote multichannel shopping and email sign-ups.
• Maintain high visual standards and support floor moves and replenishment.
• Make commercial decisions on stock, promotions and KPIs.
• Lead team briefs in management absence and motivate the team to hit targets.
• Organise shop operations, stock takes, and compliance with procedures.
• Support wellbeing, charity initiatives and ethical sourcing awareness.
