Job summary

Heart of England Co-operative Society in Warwick is seeking Customer Service Assistants to join our food store team on a 12 hours per week, 4-month fixed-term contract. This is more than a shop floor role, offering a clear pathway to Team Leader and Store Manager roles.

You will deliver friendly, helpful service, keep shelves stocked, handle deliveries and stock rotation, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is helpful but not essential; full training provided.
• A strong customer focus and positive attitude are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and communicate well.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, helpful, and efficient service to every customer.
• Keep shelves stocked, well-presented, and shop floor ready.
• Handle deliveries, replenishment, and stock rotation.
