Job summary

Heart of England Co-operative Society in Southam is hiring Customer Service Assistants to join our food store team on a 16-hour-per-week permanent basis. This role offers training, a friendly environment and a clear pathway to Team Leader and Store Manager roles.

You’ll provide friendly service, stock shelves, handle deliveries, maintain cleanliness and support promotions. Evening and weekend shifts are required; travel to the store is necessary due to limited public transport.

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping our store running smoothly while delivering a great shopping experience:

• Deliver friendly, helpful, and efficient service to every customer
• Keep shelves fully stocked, well-presented, and shop floor ready

You’ll be visible on the shop floor, ready to help customers and step in wherever needed to keep the store running at pace.
