Job summary

Heart of England Co-operative Society in Hinckley is recruiting a Customer Service Assistant for our food store team on a part-time basis (8 hours per week). You’ll deliver friendly, efficient service on the shop floor and help maintain stock and store presentation.

This role offers a clear development path to Team Leader and Store Manager, with ongoing training and a competitive hourly rate of £12.71, plus holiday entitlement and staff discounts.
