Naylor's Equestrian Llp is seeking a Store Colleague to help deliver an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves greeting customers, replenishing stock, maintaining displays, and supporting daily store operations.

You will work on the shop floor, use in-store technology, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure high presentation standards and excellent service. This position offers a minimum of 8 hours per week and opportunities for growth.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers, providing support and product information where required.
• Responsible for achieving team sales objectives by identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products, and promoting complementary items.
• Maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Maintain high standards of presentation across the shop floor, ensuring fixtures, displays, and stock areas are clean, organised, and well maintained.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are available and correctly displayed in line with company standards.
• Complete operational tasks including processing transactions, cash handling, stock processing, and preparing deliveries.
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily store operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the effective day-to-day running of the store.
• Support with additional duties and tasks, as reasonably required.
