Job summary

Naylor's Equestrian Llp is seeking a friendly Store Colleague for a part-time role in London. You’ll greet customers, keep displays sharp, replenishing stock and support daily store operations with a positive, team-focused approach.

You’ll work on the shop floor delivering great service, handling transactions, and ensuring presentation standards while following health and safety guidelines. This is a hands-on starter role to learn retail skills and grow with the store.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, welcoming experience for customers on the shop floor.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products and promote complementary items.
• Maintain high presentation standards across fixtures, displays and stock areas.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are correctly displayed.
• Handle transactions, cash handling and daily store operations.
• Assist with deliveries and stock processing as required.
• Follow health and safety policies at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth store running.
• Support with additional duties as reasonably required.
