Job summary

Change Grow Live is recruiting for a Recovery Coordinator in Blackpool. This part-time, 15 hours per week role involves walking with individuals as they navigate recovery, build confidence and connect with community resources.

You’ll work to develop recovery plans, maintain supportive relationships and contribute to the growth of the new Blackpool service while maintaining flexibility and person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Experience in addiction or recovery services is desirable.
• Ability to build trust and support individuals through recovery.
• Compassionate, resilient and motivated to help others.

Responsibilities

• Support people to explore possibilities for their future within recovery.
• Build trusted relationships to empower individuals to identify strengths and goals.
• Provide personalised recovery planning and ongoing support.
• Contribute to shaping local delivery in the Blackpool service.
