Job summary

Urbis Schréder Ltd in Basingstoke is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator for a 6-month fixed-term contract based in our office. You will coordinate project activities, manage project data, produce reports and support delivery during a busy period of Connected Solutions installations.

Ideal candidates have previous project coordination or data analysis experience, strong Excel skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a project coordination, project support, operations, or data-focused role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence using Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse, and interpret project and operational data.
• Support project tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Maintain project plans, documentation, and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and analysis to support business decisions.
• Coordinate activities across internal stakeholders to support installation delivery.
• Produce regular reports, dashboards, and project updates.
• Identify risks, issues, and actions, ensuring appropriate follow-up and escalation where required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiencies.
