Hawksmoor in the United Kingdom is seeking a Part-time Prep Chef to join Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings. This role balances technical skill, organisation and teamwork to ensure smooth services in a busy kitchen.

You’ll prepare ingredients, support Chef de Partie and Senior Chefs, and maintain high standards of food safety and quality while learning open-fire cooking techniques and progressing within our professional kitchen.

Formación

• Experience as a Chef de Partie with fresh produce.
• Strong technical cooking and organisational skills.
• Calm and focused during busy services.
• Team player who enjoys developing others.
• Passionate about high-quality produce and open-fire cooking.
• Keen to learn and progress in a professional kitchen.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare ingredients and assist with mise en place across sections.
• Support Chef de Partie and Senior Chefs during service.
• Cook dishes to Hawksmoor standards under supervision.
• Maintain high levels of food safety, hygiene and organisation.
• Learn open-fire cooking techniques and quality produce preparation.
• Contribute to smooth, efficient kitchen operations.
