Hawksmoor Manchester is seeking a Chef de Partie to own a section with precision and pride. You will cook and present dishes to Hawksmoor standards, manage mise en place, and ensure clean close-down with strong food safety and sustainability practices.

You’ll mentor Commis Chefs, collaborate with the wider kitchen team, and thrive in high-volume services while continuously learning and progressing in a professional kitchen.

• Experienced as a Chef de Partie working with fresh food.
• Technically strong with good organisational skills.
• Calm and focused during busy services.
• A supportive team player who enjoys developing others.
• Passionate about high-quality produce and open-fire cooking.

Responsibilities

• Run your section with confidence and consistency.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes to Hawksmoor standards.
• Manage mise en place, service and close down efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, sustainability and waste minimisation.
• Support and guide Commis Chefs on your section.
• Work closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver seamless service.
