Job summary

Hawksmoor is seeking a Chef de Partie for its Westminster kitchen. You will own your section, delivering high-quality dishes with precision and pride. This role balances technical skill, organisation and teamwork during busy services.

You will support Commis Chefs, maintain food safety and sustainability standards, and collaborate with the wider kitchen to ensure seamless service. This is a hands-on role within a leading steakhouse group.

• Experienced as a Chef de Partie working with fresh food.
• Technically strong with good organisational skills.
• Calm and focused during busy services.
• A supportive team player who enjoys developing others.

Responsibilities

• Run your section with confidence and consistency.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes to Hawksmoor standards.
• Manage mise en place, service and close down efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, sustainability and waste minimisation.
• Support and guide Commis Chefs on your section.
• Work closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver seamless service.
