Job summary

Hawksmoor is seeking a Chef de Partie for a fixed term contract to cover the busy Christmas season. You will own your section, deliver precise, high-quality dishes and maintain high standards of food safety and open-fire cooking.

You’ll manage mise en place, service and close down, while guiding junior team members and collaborating with the wider kitchen to ensure seamless services. A passion for fresh produce and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie with fresh food
• Strong technical skills with good organisational skills
• Calm and focused during busy services
• Supportive team player who develops others

Responsibilities

• Run your section with confidence and consistency
• Prepare, cook and present dishes to Hawksmoor standards
• Manage mise en place, service and close down efficiently
• Maintain high standards of food safety, sustainability and waste minimisation
• Support and guide Commis Chefs on your section
• Work closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver seamless service
