You’ll work with fresh produce, lead by example during busy periods and support the kitchen team in maintaining Hawksmoor standards and ongoing progression within a professional kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie in a kitchen handling fresh food.
• Strong organisation and ability to work under pressure.
• Calm, focused and a proactive team player in busy services.
• Passion for high-quality produce and open-fire cooking.
• Willingness to learn and progress within Hawksmoor.

Responsibilities

• Run your section with confidence and consistency.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes to Hawksmoor standards.
• Manage mise en place, service and close down efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, sustainability and waste minimisation.
• Support and guide Commis Chefs on your section.
• Work closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver seamless service.
