Hawksmoor is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to lead a section with confidence, cook to Hawksmoor standards, and support the senior kitchen during busy services. You will manage mise en place, ensure food safety, and help develop junior staff.

This role offers a dynamic kitchen environment with open-fire cooking, and progression opportunities within a passionate, sustainability-minded team dedicated to quality.

Qualifications

Experienced as a Chef de Partie working with fresh food.
Technically strong with good organisational skills.
Calm and focused during busy services.
A supportive team player who enjoys developing others.
Passionate about high-quality produce and open-fire cooking.
Keen to continue learning and progressing within a professional kitchen.

Responsibilities

Run your section with confidence and consistency.
Prepare, cook and present dishes to Hawksmoor standards.
Manage mise en place, service and close down efficiently.
Maintain high standards of food safety, sustainability and waste minimisation.
Support and guide Commis Chefs on your section.
Work closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver seamless service.
