Job summary

Great Bridge Partnerships for Health is seeking a motivated Practice Nurse to join our clinical team on a 6-month ARRS contract. The role is part-time with flexible working patterns and focuses on delivering high-standard patient care.

The successful candidate will possess NMC registration, post-graduate experience in primary care, and the ability to work autonomously while contributing to a multidisciplinary team. DBS/CRB checks apply, and safeguarding training is required.

Qualifications

• Nurse must be registered; full NMC registration and current UK practice licence.
• Experience in primary care or general practice settings is essential.
• Ability to work within safeguarding and clinical governance policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care for general nursing needs within GP setting.
• Perform wound care, leg ulcer management, vaccinations and cervical cytology as required.
• Support ECGs, BP monitoring and phlebotomy within clinic capacity.
• Work collaboratively with GPs, health care staff and other disciplines to ensure patient care.
