Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with primary care experience.
• Experience in managing long term conditions is required.
• Immunisations, dressings, sutures removal, cervical smear and anti-coagulation monitoring desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, professional nursing care to patients.
• Carry out immunisation clinics, travel vaccines and cervical cytology.
• Manage chronic diseases within a primary health care team.
