Fountain Medical Centre in Morley, Leeds, is seeking a highly motivated part-time Practice Nurse to join our friendly team. You will work as part of the Nursing team delivering chronic disease management, immunisations, cervical screening and travel vaccinations.

The successful candidate will be registered with the NMC, hold essential diplomas/certificates, and enjoy a supportive MDT including GPs, ANPs and pharmacists. Hours are 18-22.5 per week with competitive pay and NHS Pension.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse with full NMC registration.
• Chronic disease diplomas and Cytology certificate are essential.
• Experience in immunisations and cervical screening is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Undertake chronic disease management appointments.
• Provide childhood immunisations and travel vaccinations.
• Deliver wound care and dressing management.
• Support and mentor patients within safety protocols.
