Job summary

Vets for Pets in Bristol Kingswood is seeking a Client Care Advisor to join a friendly team. You will be the first contact for clients, facilitating strong links between clients and the clinical team.

You will greet clients and their pets, handle payments, book appointments, answer calls and emails, assist with dispensing medications, and maintain clean reception and consulting areas. 30 hours per week across Mon-Fri with one Saturday morning in five.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required or preferred.
• Reception experience preferred.
• Calm, attentive and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and act as the link between clients and the clinical team.
• Greet clients and their pets, offering support and guidance.
• Manage cash and card payments confidently.
