Job summary

Sigma 3 Kitchens is seeking a People Support Advisor to help colleagues stay successful, covering employee relations, absence management, wellbeing and engagement. The role collaborates with line managers to promote positive experiences and a healthy, productive workforce.

This is a part-time vacancy: 32 hours/4 days per week. Based in Wales with hybrid working, the role includes coaching managers, handling casework with professionalism, payroll data support and ensuring compliance with UK

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 3 or above.

Responsibilities

• Conduct disciplinary, grievance and investigation processes with policy timelines.
• Provide advice and guidance to managers on employee relations.
• Support resolution of workplace issues and conflicts.
• Manage absence processes and monitor attendance trends.
• Promote health, wellbeing and preventative support initiatives.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and surveys.
• Analyse feedback and help implement improvement plans.
• Support managers to improve team engagement and morale.
• Coordinate employee recognition initiatives.
• Provide guidance on workplace concerns.
• Assist payroll data collection and validation for external payroll.
• Ensure timely processing of employee changes (starters/leavers) and payroll data.
