Job summary

Health Innovation KSS is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our HR team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. You will be the first point of escalation for employee relations, coach managers, oversee HR operations and contribute to continuous improvement across HR services.

Based in the Kent, Surrey, Sussex geography with hybrid working, you will collaborate with the HR Assistant and report to the HR Manager to deliver high-quality HR support and governance across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience.
• CIPD Level 5 is desirable or working towards qualification.
• Experience in a broad HR generalist role with payroll exposure.
• GDPR and data protection compliance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations cases from consultation to conclusion.
• Coach managers on HR policies and people management practices.
• Oversee HR operations quality and compliance across processes.
• Provide guidance on payroll-related HR activities and data accuracy.
• Produce meaningful HR reports and workforce metrics.
• Lead HR projects and support organisational change initiatives.
