Job summary

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions seeks a Part-Time HR Advisor to support our Hull-based team. The role covers employee relations, recruitment, performance and development with a flexible 24-hour week and a permanent contract.

You will advise managers, handle employee relations matters, support onboarding, and contribute to people initiatives while maintaining confidentiality in line with UK employment law.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as HR Advisor or HR Generalist.
• Proven handling of employee relations cases from advice to resolution.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Ability to coach managers and communicate sensitively.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR advice to managers and staff.
• Manage employee relations cases from start to resolution.
• Coach managers on effective people management.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Assist with employee development and performance reviews.
• Ensure policy guidance complies with UK employment law.
• Promote fair, compliant HR practices across the business.
• Support HR projects and change initiatives.
• Contribute to developing apprentices and emerging talent.
