Job summary

Raven Housing Trust in Redhill, Surrey, is seeking a HR Services Advisor to join the People Team on a 32-hour per week, pro-rata basis. The role focuses on delivering high-quality first-line HR support, payroll and benefits administration, and coordinating HR processes across the employee journey.

We offer hybrid working with 2-3 days in the office and opportunities for induction delivery and in-person meetings.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience.
• Experience administering operational HR processes and procedures.
• Experience in HR analytics and reporting (e.g. sickness absence, turnover) including Excel and HR database reports.
• Sound knowledge of HRIS systems, payroll management and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality first-line support to employees and managers across the employee journey, resolving policy, procedure and system queries.
• Coordinate lifecycle processes: recruitment, onboarding, changes, learning & development, and leavers to required timelines.
• Manage payroll and benefits administration.
• Maintain HR systems and records with GDPR compliance and data integrity.
