Job summary

ONSIDE in Worcester is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to join our busy HR team on a part-time basis (28 hours per week). The role covers recruitment, absence management, employee relations, wellbeing and organisational change, with a focus on delivering a high-quality HR service.

You should have experience as an HR Advisor/Officer or similar, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a good understanding of UK employment law. CIPD qualification or progress is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Advisor/Officer or similar generalist role.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience supporting employee relations cases and absence management.
• CIPD qualification or working towards it.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical HR advice to managers and staff across the employee lifecycle.
• Support recruitment, absence management, employee relations, wellbeing and organisational change.
• Maintain HR systems and help develop people practices.
• Build credible relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
