Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking an HR Analyst to support payroll administration and data analytics across the EMEA region from our Colchester office. This part-time hybrid role will focus on accurate pay, employee data quality and HR reporting.

The successful candidate will have 2 years in HR/payments or similar analytical roles, strong Excel skills, and experience with HRIS systems such as Workday. UK payroll knowledge is desirable, with collaboration across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• CIPP qualification (level 3) or working towards it.
• 2 years HR, Payroll, People Operations or similar analytical role.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel capability.
• Attention to detail and data privacy.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Experience using HR or payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer payroll activities across UK/EMEA (UK, NL and ROE).
• Produce HR reports, dashboards and workforce metrics.
• Support HR systems and data integrity across Workday and other platforms.
• Assist with compensation and benefits analysis and budgeting.
• Coordinate training and development programmes.
