Job summary

Tyson in Colchester is seeking a part-time HR Analyst (2 days/week) with a hybrid work pattern, including one Monday in the Colchester office. The role focuses on payroll administration, HR data analytics, and HR systems support across the EMEA region.

You will contribute to accurate payroll processing, data quality, and compliance, while helping drive HR process improvements and budgeting reporting.

Qualifications

• CIPP qualification (level 3) or working towards this qualification.
• 2 years experience within HR, Payroll, People Operations or similar analytical role.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capability.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using HR systems or payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate payroll activities across UK/EMEA locations with accuracy and deadlines.
• Produce HR reports, dashboards and metrics for management.
• Support HR systems data integrity and process improvements.
• Assist with compensation, benefits analysis and budgeting reports.
• Coordinate training and development programs and apprenticeship initiatives.
