Qualifications

• Significant knowledge in HR strategy execution and ability to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide input and implement HR strategy to drive the organization’s vision over 1-2 year horizon.
• Develop and implement plans to ensure effective utilization of HR resources.
• Influence behavior to promote safety and HR principles within the organization.
• Collaborate with COE and People Operations on onboarding and orientation for new team members.
• Monitor program effectiveness against ROI targets and adjust as needed.
