Job summary

Tyson Foods in Colchester is seeking a part-time HR Analyst (2 days per week, with a Monday requirement) to join our hybrid team. The role focuses on payroll administration, HR data, reporting and systems support across the EMEA region, helping ensure accurate pay, high-quality employee data and compliant processes.

You will partner with HR and Finance to maintain data integrity, generate reports, support Workday usage, and contribute to cost controls and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• CIPP level 3 or working towards this qualification.
• 2 years experience in HR, Payroll, People Operations or similar analytical role.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capability.
• Attention to detail and accuracy; handling confidential information.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; HR/payroll systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer payroll activities across designated EMEA locations (UK, Netherlands and ROE).
• Produce regular and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards and workforce metrics.
• Support data validation, system testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide data-driven insights to support business and HR decision-making.
• Support utilization of Workday and other HR systems; identify process improvements.
• Assist with compensation review processes, benefits queries and budget reporting.
• Coordinate training activities and development programmes.
