Job summary

RXO UK LTD are seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Advisor to support UK operations as part of the European HR team. This role covers both HR and payroll across the employee lifecycle, delivering accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience.

The position is part-time with flexible hours. You will collaborate with employees, managers, Finance and external providers, acting as a trusted advisor on HR and payroll matters.

Responsibilities

• HR administration for employees across Europe, primarily UK and Netherlands
• Maintain personnel records and documentation
• Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding
• Provide first-line HR policy guidance to managers
• Prepare payroll data and liaise with external providers
• HR systems support (Workday) and reporting
• Ensure compliance with employment law
