ISQ Recruitment are supporting an established international organisation in Colchester, Essex, in their search for a dependable Payroll Administrator to join the EMEA HR team. The role focuses on weekly and monthly payroll with strong data accuracy and reporting.

We are seeking at least 2 years of payroll experience, strong numerical skills, confident Excel use, and familiarity with Workday or similar systems. Part-time, hybrid pattern and visa not available.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' hands-on payroll experience.
• Strong numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Confident Excel skills with payroll data.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple payroll activities.
• Strong communication with employees, managers and providers.
• Experience with Workday or similar HR/payroll system is advantageous.
• CIPP Level 3 qualification is beneficial.
• Experience with international payrolls is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly payroll for hourly-paid staff.
• Prepare monthly payroll for salaried staff.
• Support smaller international payrolls (Netherlands).
• Process starters, leavers, changes and benefits in kind.
• Maintain payroll data in Workday with accuracy.
• Produce payroll, HR and workforce reports regularly.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and resolve queries.
• Support audits with payroll controls.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and external providers.
• Identify improvements to payroll processes.
